I have what I would consider an unhealthy obsession with eyeshadows but for whatever reason it takes me forever to actually commit to purchasing new ones. Buxom has an incredible setup where you can buy an empty palette and fill it with six eyeshadows for 49 dollars. Which is so perfect because it gives you the freedom to customize a palette they way you like. From their mattes to shimmery and the nudes to bright blues and purples there are colors for everyone.
The formula is incredibly consistent with all the colors being so creamy, soft and pigmented. Buxom eyeshadows are quickly becoming my favorite and I cannot wait to purchase more palettes in the future. The formula is unlike anything I have ever tried before and I am completely obsessed. I plan on creating different types of palettes in the future to add to my Buxom eyeshadow collection. The shades are absolutely gorgeous.
I can create so many different eye looks with this palette and constantly switch it up. When it comes to packing my makeup I totally over do it. I will go away for the weekend and take three foundations, 4 concealers, 3 eyeliners, 5 eyeshadow palettes, and many more products…only to end up using a few of them. But, I can confidently say that this is the only eyeshadow palette I need on a vacation. It is more than perfect and totally has all the neutral shades that I consider a must have for my brown eyes. There are so many more colors in the collection I crave.
The first color is Cashmere Craving and it is just a pale matte yellow that I love using for the brow bone and blending out other shades. It is also beautiful all over the lid. Next is Spoiled Sexy, a matte mauve color that I couldn’t pass up. Filthy Rich…I cannot say enough good things about this matte chestnut color. It seemed to be sold out every time I went in the store so I waited to purchase the palette until I was able to get my hands on this. A browny sable matte color is one of the main additions needed in a palette so I picked Big Spender for this. On to the beautiful shimmer colors. Mink Magnet…🙀 this was the first color I swatched and it immediately was love. I absolutely knew there was no way I could live without this metallic bronze shadow. I really wanted to add a gold to the palette because gold is so necessary for me I just love the way it looks on my eyes. But, because I have so many gold shadows I settled on one that had a rose gold tone to it and Bold Bling was the perfect metallic color for that.
You just have to pick up some of these eyeshadows!
